When Atlantic Asset Management entered the CDO management business in 1998, it noted an industry-wide lack of CDO management software. Capitalizing on its skilled information technology professionals, Atlantic Asset Management developed CDO Sentry, a proprietary portfolio management and accounting system dedicated to CDO management and surveillance. ClearStructure was formed in 1999 as a subsidiary of Atlantic Asset Management to further develop and market CDO Sentry.
